By using RegexMy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services.

1. RegexMy Terms:

- Files assistant plans uses words qouta for file processing including translation, summarization, reporting and localization.’

- Assistant’s words qouta is valid for one year form the time of payment and are included in either a monthly subscription or a one time payment plan.

- Free usage to a limit qouta per regex and xpaths features per month.

- To get best results all input files must be in valid format and within the supported files mentioned for each assistant feature.

- Text length limit for free usage is 250 characters for regexes and xpaths features.

- To unlock more quota and additional features, subscribe to the paid plans.

2. General Terms:

a. Acceptance of Terms:
- By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms and conditions that may apply.

b. Account Information:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

c. Prohibited Activities:
- You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services or networks connected to our services.

d. Subscription Plans:
- If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in the subscription terms.

e. Modification of Services:
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature and we will send proper notice ahead.

f. Intellectual Property:
- All content and materials available on RegexMy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of RegexMy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Privacy:

- Your use of RegexMy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Termination:

- We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.

5. Changes to Terms:

- We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
